dc.description.abstract	The article deals with the experience of specialists in the social and psychological sphere: psychologists, psychotherapists, social and psychological service consultants in conducting psychological work with Ukrainian refugees abroad and internally displaced people (IDP) within Ukraine. General features of psycho-emotional state of refugees, their needs, requests, and difficulties in receiving assistance are identified with the help of the thematic analysis method.
